You will receive a packet of buyer or seller documents from Rio Grande Title which will tell you how to contact your escrow officer and what information we need from you to complete closing. Be sure to fill them out and return them. There are also instructions for wiring funds the day of closing which will allow for quicker disbursement of funds rather than using cashier's checks.

Encourage your lender to send us your loan documents 24 hours before your scheduled closing. That will enable us to make them available to you for your inspection before closing.
